Holds a Masters degree in Physics and an MBA in marketing from the University of Kurukshetra. Has 29 years of experience in sales and marketing for technology services, solutions and products in India and the United States. Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, he was associated with NIIT, Tata Elxsi, and Syntel. As a sales manager, has led large sales teams and built successful operations across India. Subsequently, as corporate marketing manager, he has been instrumental in identifying and negotiating partnerships with global leaders in design and manufacturing, multimedia, and digital mapping, and launching integrated solutions across India.
As one of the youngest general managers in a leading technology services company, he headed the sales, customer support and finance teams (of more than 50 members) and enhanced the organization’s profitability by improving customer satisfaction and increasing service sales.
During his sales career in the United States, he successfully established and managed start-up operations in quick turnaround markets. Involved with the global delivery model since 2002 and has conceptualized various business models to deliver time, cost and quality efficiencies to several Fortune500 companies. Has also won an award of excellence for sales performance.
