Peter has over two decades of global experience in the Human Resources function. He has worked in various industries including Product Development and Services Companies pertaining to IT, Engineering, Pharma, and EPC contracting. He is a result-oriented leader with a strategic approach; responsible for design and successful implementation of People Practices around Competency Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Succession Plan, Compensation & Benefits Management and Internal Communication.

He had a long association with Engineering and PLM companies, so prior to joining Hinduja Tech, he was with Prion PLM & IT solutions as HR Director handling the Global HR function. For a decade he held the position of India HR Head of Dassault Systems and its brand companies like CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA and erstwhile Deneb Robotics. He began his career as a Personnel Officer at Al Shirawi Group of Companies, Dubai, UAE.  As a part of his role, he has travelled extensively and is highly sensitive to culture and practice.

He had migrated to Australia for a short while before returning to join Hinduja Tech. In his current role, he has extensively worked in building People Practice frameworks and aligning them to organizational needs. He plays an integral role in culture building and institutionalizing organizational values, creating and developing Talent Management initiatives that include Policy & Process, L&OD framework, Performance Management, and HR Transformation initiatives. Also, he owns Immigration, Corporate Communications and Talent Acquisition as a part of his portfolio.

He is a certified Next Generation CHRO from IIM Bangalore, with a Master’s Degree in PMIR from SJC, Trichy.
